Party Agreement and Policy Guidelines

Liability

I hereby release and agree to Caking With A Twist harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio.

I understand that this release discharges Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio.

This liability waiver and release extends to Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio together with all owners, partners, and employees.

We cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your child. Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during the event.

In the event of damage or loss or our inventory and/or damage or loss to the party bus, the responsibility lies entirely on the client and or guardian.

Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions and / or any medical injuries from the food, beverages, wearing costumes or any activity taking place before, during or after the event.

Party Bus Entry Guidelines

A Liability Wavier, Photo Release and verification of allergies MUST be signed prior to ANY services.

When booking the Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio you are responsible for having adequate spacing for our parking (30 feet) we absolutely Can Not be parked in the street. Condominiums and places with association - Approval / parking space: You must obtain the necessary approvals from your association prior to the party date. Obtain entry, space use and parking permits for the Mobile Studio. Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio is NOT responsible for inconveniences caused by lack of permits and authorizations.

Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your event for set up. We will start exactly at the time scheduled. Unfortunately, we are unable to wait for guest arrival, do to other scheduled events. We suggest you tell your guest to arrive 20 minutes early.

Adults are not allowed to stay on the bus during the services due to spacing.  Adults will be invited to come to take pictures at beginning and ending of the event.  

Payment

Deposit: A $150 deposit is required to reserve date and time of party. Deposit will go toward your balance.

Final payment is due 1 week before the day of the event. Cancellation and refund: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: We will be unable to refund the deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for you within 120 days from the date that your event was originally scheduled. In the event of bad weather, severe illness or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date or a full refund. We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up on the day of the party. Your deposit will be applied towards the cost of the new scheduled party if held within 120 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel your party for any reason whatsoever, a refund will not be issued. There is a $75 fee to reschedule your event.

Final Headcount

RSVP Confirmation: You will need to confirm your final guest count with Caking With A Twist one week before the event. This will be the confirmation number that Caking With A Twist will us to plan your party, and will be charge accordingly. Once you have given a final head count, you can’t delete any guest, because our staff prepares everything for the number you have given. We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up on the day of the party.

Travel

Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio will travel up to 30 miles from 77489 zip code, any additional miles will be an additional $3 a mile.

 COVID-19 WARNIING

​We take pride and precautions in ensuring your girl/boy, their guests and our employees are protected during this unprecedented time. Therefore, we take extreme measures before and after EVERY event to properly sanitize, disinfect and thoroughly clean.

As you prepare to enter the bus, please know that we at Caking With A Twist have made updates based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies. In order to enter our doors, all guests must adhere to the safety guidelines specified:

· Temperature Screenings for all guests.

· Each guest must sanitize upon entry.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
 

By entering Caking With A Twist Mobile Studio, you are confirming that you and all guests in your party are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
 

· Fever or chills

· Cough

· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

· Fatigue

· Muscle or body aches

· Headache

· New loss of taste or smell

· Sore throat

· Congestion or runny nose

· Nausea or vomiting

· Diarrhea

· have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine are not under any self-quarantine orders.
 

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria will be prohibited from entering The Mobile Studio.  If at any point during their visit a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they will be required to isolate and may be asked to leave the party bus.

By booking a party with Caking With A Twist you confirm you have read and understood this agreement and assume all responsibility as herein.
